Payment

Payment can be made in advance, by invoice, via PayPal, or by credit card. If you need your table linen in time for a special event, please let us know so that delivery can be arranged accordingly. When making your transfer, please state your order number as the reference.

Shipping Costs

Germany:

For orders under EUR 100.00 net, we charge a flat rate of EUR 3.95 for insured shipping via DHL parcel service.

For orders over EUR 100.00, we ship free of charge within Germany.

EU countries:

EUR 16.00 international shipping with DHL.

Switzerland/Liechtenstein:

EUR 24.95 to Switzerland/Liechtenstein. For orders to Switzerland/Liechtenstein, the VAT included in our prices will be deducted. A customs declaration will be attached to the parcel. Customs duties, import taxes, etc. are to be borne by the customer. 

Delivery Time

The current delivery time for the desired products is 3–5 working days within Germany. Delivery time to EU countries is 3–6 working days. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking code to track your shipment.

We continuously update the displayed delivery times of the products in our webshop, and in particular immediately as soon as we become aware of a change in delivery time. Nevertheless, it may happen that a product is temporarily out of stock due to intermediate sale. In such cases, we will inform you immediately about the expected delivery date or offer you an available alternative, if applicable. Should we need to deliver parts of your order at a later date, this will of course be free of charge for you.
