Return Instructions

Did the table linen not meet your expectations, or do you simply not like the items? You may of course return the goods you ordered from us within 14 days. Please proceed as follows:

1. If possible, use the original box for your return shipment.

2. Include a copy of our invoice with the goods so that we know who the return is from.

3. Please understand that you must bear the return shipping costs yourself. Do not send goods back to us carriage forward. Parcels sent carriage forward or insufficiently stamped will not be accepted.

Please note that the above instructions 1–3 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal. You can find this in our Terms and Conditions.
